1. About GURUOM

GURUOM is a technology-driven intermediary platform operated by Guru Dev Cortex ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") that facilitates the connection between customers and independent JCB owners. The Company does not own or operate any machinery, does not employ operators, and does not supervise any work carried out at the customer's site. This Privacy Policy sets out the manner in which we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information in connection with your use of the GURUOM Customer application ("App").

2. Information We Collect

We collect your name and registered mobile number at the time of account creation.

With respect to location, the Company does not collect, access, or process your GPS location automatically or on a continuous basis. Location data is collected solely and exclusively at the precise moment you confirm your Order site location.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Create, maintain, and manage your account on the platform
• Connect you with the nearest available JCB owner at the time of Order placement, based solely on the location you confirm at the time of placing the Order
• Provide platform support and assist in the resolution of eligible disputes

4. Payments

Guru Dev Cortex does not collect, process, or hold any payment. All financial transactions are conducted directly between you and the JCB owner. No payment credentials or financial information of any nature are stored by the Company.

5. Third-Party Services

The Company engages trusted third-party service providers solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App. Your personal data is handled responsibly and is not shared with any third party for advertising, marketing, or any commercial purpose unrelated to the operation of the platform.

6. Data Security and Retention

Your personal data is protected through appropriate technical and organisational security measures. Data is retained only for the duration that your account remains active. Upon your request for account deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed from our systems in accordance with applicable law.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
